Following this winter’s storms, Monterey Bay Air Resources District and Office of County Supervisor John Phillips have partnered with the Resource Conservation District of Monterey County to offer a free chipping program to affected Prunedale, Royal Oaks and Castroville residents in late May and early June. Priority will be given to those who contacted the Air Resources District, County Supervisor John Phillips Office or the RCD by May 5th. Assuming your tree debris pile fits program guidelines, free chipping services can be provided to you at no cost. Free chipping services will be provided to you on one of the following weekends: May 27-28, June 3-4, or June 10-11. Additional chipping dates may be offered. Chipped materials will be left on your property.
Online registration must be completed by Wednesday, May 24th, 2017 at 5pm. For questions, contact the Project Administrator
